Ordering Process

PROCESS/HOW TO ORDER 

1. PURCHASE: Select the design you wish to purchase and the package you desire. (Package details below) Enter in your event details/wording in the personalization box or feel free to send us an email.

2. PERSONALISATION/WORDING: Once we have received all of the necessary information, we will begin setting up the artwork of all items for print which you will receive digital proofs of within approx 24-48 hours.

3. PROOFS: Carefully check the proofs and advise us of any changes necessary. Once we have received approval of all artwork, we will send them to print. Printing timeframe is usually 3 - 5 business days from approval.

4. SHIPPING: Once you order is ready we will aim to ship it the very next day. Please see below for Estimated Shipping Timeframes; Australia 3- 4 days New Zealand 5 - 7 days North America 7 -10 days Canada 7 -10 days

Unlimited revisions and personalisation of wording, fonts & colours is included for all of our designs. There is also the option to add guest's names to the invitations + addressed envelopes are listed in the packages below.
